Introduction
This private portal is the central workspace for the Krown Legal Team. Use it to review departments, complete and track Healthchecks, manage Legal Team members, and keep important internal information organized.
What is Krown Legal?
Krown Legal is responsible for independent oversight, accountability and improvement across the city departments. Legal reviews should be evidence-based, impartial and focused on helping departments improve.
Healthchecks
Open Healthchecks to select PD, EMS, SRT or any custom department. Complete every required question, submit the review, and the portal will record the reviewer username, answers, score and trend against the previous review.
Healthcheck Log
The Healthcheck Log keeps submitted reviews together so Legal can see answers, scores, status and whether a department improved or declined from its previous Healthcheck.
Legal Team
Use Legal Team to see the active roster. Authorized administrators can remove members who leave the team while keeping their historical Healthcheck records intact.
Command Controls
Authorized administrators can create custom Healthcheck departments, edit their questions and scoring, and manage Legal Team membership. Normal members do not receive these controls.
Privacy & Conduct
This is an internal portal. Keep credentials private, only access information needed for your Legal duties, and report access or data issues to Legal command. Cloudflare Access should remain the external privacy boundary.

Resp β Responsible
Responsible for overseeing the Legal Team and coordinating Legal operations.
Luce β Legal Manager
Manages day-to-day Legal work, reviews and team coordination.
Legal Team
Conducts assigned reviews, healthchecks and supporting Legal work.

Disable former members and restore accounts when authorized.
